<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated board excellent in electric resistance, by a method wherein an adhesive resin layer is provided on a metal plate and contacted with a solid-gas body consisting of fine metal pieces and gas to adhere the metal pieces to the resin layer and a metal plate is further laminated onto the surface of said resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 2 is supplied form a pay-off reel 8 and a film resin 3 is supplied from a film resin pay-off reel 9 in tuning relation to said metal plate 2. Both of them are heated to predetermined temp. in a heating oven 14 not only to fuse the resin to the metal plate 2 under heating but also to hold the same to a semi-molten state. Subsequently, the laminated body is contacted with the solid-gas body zone 13 above a fluidized bed type feeder 10 to adhere metal pieces to the surface of the resin. Further, the metal plate 2' supplied from a metal plate pay-off reel 8' by heating press-bonding rolls 15, 15' is laminated to the surface of the resin 3 to obtain a laminated board 1.</p> |
