Meat cutter blade in rotary annular dish - has tooth forming recesses of asymmetrical V=shape, with all cutting edges on same side

The blade is fitted on a horizontal, fixed shaft. It forms a part of a cutter blade set with a rotary drive. The blade has a number of teeth formed by incision recesses, with cutting edges on its front face. The recesses (6-10) are of an assymetric V-shape, and all cutting edges (11a,b-16a,b) are ground on the same face, i.e. on the meat discharge side. Pref. on the rear flanks are provided notches, i.e. on the meat feed side. ADVANTAGE - Combined feed and cutting action, suitable for meat of different consistency, with increased work rate.
