An annular buffing pad as constructed in the referred to Specification 634,512, in which the strip of woven fabric to which the bristles or the like are sewn, is impregnated with a substantially non-drying viscous substance which will remain tacky to collect dust resulting from use of the pad. The substance is formed from 41À25% linseed oil, 41À25% Castor oil, 12À5% Tallow, and 5% Gold size.
