<p>PURPOSE:To optimize an erasing time by monitoring with a data reading device whether or not erasing is executed, and after the erasing is confirmed, executing the over-raising and completing the erasing. CONSTITUTION:An erasing ultraviolet ray erasing type ROM 3 is set to a reading device 4. When an electric power source 5 is turned on, an ultraviolet ray lamp 1 lights up, and simultaneously, when the data in a memory 3 are successively erased, a reading cycle is regularly executed to the memory 3. When the erasing of the data in the memory 3 is confirmed by the device 4, an erasing completing signal is generated, and when the over-raising time set beforehand by a timer 6 comes, the electric power source 5 of the lamp 1 is turned off. Thus, the erasing can be executed in accordance with the characteristic of the element, the erasing time can be saved and the influence of the ultraviolet ray on the element can be decreased.</p> |
