PURPOSE:To surely remove the dust deposited on an electric discharge wire without any manual operation by moving the discharge wire, and removing the dust on the discharge wire along with the movement. CONSTITUTION:The looped discharge wire 51 is rotated by an electrically conductive elastic body 51A, the upper pulley 60, and the lower pulley 61, and further hung over an antislipping conductive rubber. Accordingly, an air motor 63 is driven, the pulley 60 is rotated, the discharge wire 51 is stably moved, and further a high voltage is impressed on the discharge wire 51. Meanwhile, guide members 66 are fixed to conductors 58 on both sides of the pulley 61, and the tips of the guide members 66 are approached to the discharge wire 51 to surround the wire. Accordingly, when the discharge wire 51 is moved, the dust deposited on the discharge wire 51 is forcibly removed by the tip part of the guide member 66. |
