PURPOSE:To provide a color developing soln. which is less decreased in pH, does not form precipitate and has excellent developing property by incorporating a p-phenylene diamine compd. having a water soluble group as a color developing agent into said soln. and further incorporating a specific compd. at <=12g in total per l of the color developing soln. CONSTITUTION:This color developing soln. contains the p-phenylene diamine compd. having the water soluble group as the color developing agent and contains at least one kind of the compd. expressed by the formula at >=12g in total per l of the color developing soln. In the formula, R1, R2, R3 and R4 respectively denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxy group, amino group, hydroxy group, nitro group, sulfonic acid group or carboxylic acid group. X denotes a hydrogen atom, alkali metal atom, ammonium group, alkyl group or aryl group. The decrease of the aging stability of the color developing soln., i.e., the pH thereof is small even if the pH is high; in addition, the formation of the precipitate hardly arises. |
