<p>PURPOSE:To enable the high speed search and high speed access of the recording contents by recording and reproducing the absolute position of a tape and by recording and reproducing the information table informing the picture recording contents and position of the tape as well. CONSTITUTION:The absolute position of a tape is counted by a timer circuit 11 and recorded on the tape by a data head 13 by being made as the recording data by an absolute position recording circuit 12. The absolute position of the tape being reproduced from the head 13 is obtd. by an absolute value reproducing circuit 14. An information table generation circuit 15 generates the information table informing the picture recording contents and position of the tape and the information table is converted into recording data by an information table recording circuit 16 and recorded on the tape by a data head 17. The information table reproduced from the head 17 is obtd. by an information table reproducing circuit 18. In this way the high speed search and high speed access of the recording contents can be performed.</p> |
