PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise in a motor bearing part by pressing a ring unidirectionally against a shaft in a space between a fan motor and a fan by a spring member or the like. CONSTITUTION:A fan blade 9 is fixed to the lower part of a fan motor 8, and a ring 12 made of material being equal to oilless metal is put on a shaft 10. A pressure spring 13 made of a sheet-shaped spring member is fixed to a motor supporter 14 to press the outer peripheral end of the ring 12. Even if a clearance between the shaft 10 and the inner wall of a bearing part 11 is more than a fixed quantity, when rotating, the shaft 10 is always pressed on the said inner wall. Therefore, the shaft can rotate regularly to prevent the generation of noise.
