<p>PURPOSE:To attain a relaxing operation by a simplified mechanism, by releasing a load on a supply side reel feather by operating a tension arm and a head base, when a pole base is moved from a stop position to a load completing position. CONSTITUTION:In the moving process of a pole base 48 on a supply side from the stop position to a tape load completing position, the relaxing state of a tension band 114 interacting on a supply side reel feather 127 is generated by operating in order a head base 123 on which a tension arm 119, and an overall width erasing head 116 are loaded. And when the pole base 48 arrives at the load completing position, the tension band 114 interacts on the supply side reel feather 127 by the restoring operation of the tension arm 119, by relaxing the connecting state of the head base 116 generated by the pole base 48, thereby, a tape is prevented from being relaxed, and also, back tension is applied on the tape.</p> |
