PURPOSE:To effectively cool the frontal portion of receiving port and a groove to be fitted with a rubber ring adjacent to the frontal portion by bringing the frontal portion of the receiving port into contact with the low-temperature zone of a core mold under sufficient facial pressure when the core mold goes out and moves. CONSTITUTION:After injection molding, the low-temperature mold piece 12 of an outer mold 1 is removed, and then the hot mold piece 11 of the outer mold is taken out and moved by operating an oil-pressure cylinder 3. Toward the ending period of the operation, a core mold 2 is taken out and moved by coupling of the mold piece 11, whereupon the core mold 2 slips out through a forcible drawing stage from a groove A for fitting elastic rubber ring while keeping the sliding contact between a low-temperature zone 22 and the frontal portion B of a receiving port. Since the frontal portion of the receiving port undergoes a deformation to some extent but the outside diameter R2 of the low-temperature zone 22 of the core mold 2 is larger than the inside diameter R1 at the frontal portion B of the receiving port, the low-temperature zone 22 of the core mold 2 slips out and moves inside the frontal portion B of the receiving port while forcibly opening up the frontal portion of the receiving port. |
