PURPOSE:To facilitate double adhesion operation by providing an upper roll, a lower roll and a cutter in a triangular disposition, so that a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape is peeled of a released paper at the upper roll and only the adhesive tape portion is drawn out at an angle toward the lower roll. CONSTITUTION:A holder 2 of a case 1 receive a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated roll tape 11, with its released paper upside. The case 1 is provided with an upper roll 3, a lower roll 4 and a cutter 5 substantially in a triangular disposition, and the surfaces of the upper and lower rolls are knurled to prevent adhesion of the adhesive tape thereto. The lower roll 4 is disposed outside of the case 1. When the adhesive double coated tape bears against the upper surface of the upper roll 3, the released paper 13 is peeled from the adhesive double coated tape 12 and brought out through a window 7 defined by guide plates 8, 9, and only the adhesive tape portion is guide from the upper roll 3 at an abrupt angle to the lower roll 4 and then to the cutter 10. After the lower surface of the tape length 14' between the cutter 10 and the lower roll 4 is attached to the article to be adhered, the case 1 is drawn to take out a predetermined length of the tape, which is cut by the cutter 10, permitting continuous operation.
