PURPOSE:To convey a bulk material efficiently to a fixed conveyor in succession while crushing it via a shiftable conveyor, by using a delivery conveyor for an oscillating loader, a portable crusher and a transfer conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Bulk material 25 is continuously scooped up by the lip 8 installed at a tip of a scooping part 10 of an oscillating loader 2, carried in onto a delivery conveyor 11 via a chain conveyor 9 and, after being crushed by a crusher part 13, carried in onto a feed conveyor 15. A transfer conveyor 5 is set up in a tip of this feed conveyor 15, and the bulk material 25 on the feed conveyor 15 is carried in on a feed conveyor 18 of the transfer conveyor 5. A shiftable conveyor 6 is set up in a tip of the feed conveyor 18, and the bulk material 25 on the feed conveyor 18 is carried in one a feed conveyor 20 and then the bulk material is conveyed to the fixed conveyor set up as adjoined to the shiftable conveyor 6.
