PURPOSE:To contrive to completely solve the wrinkles and shrinkages of cloth resulting from the tension at the time of unrolling by providing a guide plate which vibrates with supersonic waves between the supporting device of an original roll of cloth and its unrolling device. CONSTITUTION:A Guide plate 10 provided as an unrolling means is constituted by connecting front and rear curved parts with a plane part which is formed by arranging many bar-shaped bodies 12 by means of both side plates. This bar-shaped bodies 12 are mounted to a supersonic waves vibrator so that they may generate supersonic wave vibration at the time of unrolling. Hereby the wrinkles and shrinkages of the cloth which passes through by being guided on the guide plate 10 are completely stretched by the supersonic wave vibration and fed onto a cloth stretching table.
