PURPOSE:To prevent the cmamunication of a line in use from being interrupted by transiting the line in use into a new idle line automatically when the line in use is to be released by the request of the third party. CONSTITUTION:When terminal equipments 3-1-3-n give a call request and send a special number (representing the use of a large capacity line or a request with high priority), station control processors SPC1-1-1-n request it to a net work control processor (NCP) 2 that the call is a special number call. The NCP 2 references a table representing the line setting state and when the requested line is in the operating state, an idle line is sought and the operating state line is transited to other idle line and the line used so far is released. Then the NCP 2 assigns the released line to a terminal giving a line assignment request with high priority. |
