PURPOSE:To conserve energy and to reduce production cost by press-forming a ground fabric coated with a short wavelength light curing resin compound in a desired form, then irradiating it with short wavelength light to cure said composite, and thus eliminating a need for pressing process under a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The ground fabrics 20 made of a cotton cloth coated with a short wavelength light curing resin is fed to a mold 21 made of acrylic resin or quartz glass through a roller. To prepare said resin composite, urethane polyacrylate, polyerster acrylate, cellulose acetate butyrate resin, and a photo-polymerization initiator are diluted in thinner, etc. A forming mold 21 is irradiated vertically through a window 23 by the high voltage mercury lamp 22 of about 80W/cm in order to cure the resin on the cloth 20. The hardened cloth is released from the mold 21, and cut 26 into a desired form and made a damper. As a result, pressing with a high temperature is eliminated, and accordingly the energy is conserved and the cost is reduced.
