PURPOSE:To prevent the omission of adjustment and inspection by writing the information of adjusting and inspecting process in manufacturing in the ROM of a CATV terminal equipment, and confirming the information of adjusting and inspecting process by reading the ROM. CONSTITUTION:Adjusting and inspecting jigs are connected to an input terminal, and the information of adjusting and inspecting process is written in an ROM 7. When AC power is applied, a microcomputer 6 reads a process termination mark from the ROM 7, and outputs as the start-stop synchronizing signals of light through a display section 8. Then, the confirmation of information of adjusting and inspecting process is made by reading the ROM 7. Thus, the omission of adjustment and inspection can be prevented.
