PURPOSE:To improve the reception rate of a mobile station by allowing a base station to send a polling request signal having a transmission frame number for a prescribed number of times and allowing the mobile station to send a reply data signal according to the preset order after the end of transmission. CONSTITUTION:The base station 11 sends a polling request signal having a transmission frame number for a prescribed number of times. The mobile station 16 calculates the transmission end time of the polling request signal from the transmission frame number at the reception of the polling request signal and sends the reply data signal according to the preset order after the end of transmission. Thus, even when the reception period of each mobile station 16 in the same group differs from plural number of times of polling requests, each mobile station 16 decides the reply period of its own statiion baaed on the polling end time and the slot number. Thus, the reply data signals from each mobile station 16 are sent synchronizingly in the order of slot number without being overlapped together.
