PURPOSE:To obtain an even and uniform image with respect to a long-sized photosensitive body as an object, by providing a control means for executing each control of start and stop of driving, and the inversion in a driving direction. CONSTITUTION:From an operation start signal circuit in a motor driving controlling circuit 4, a signal for driving a motor is outputted to a motor driving circuit 6, and a motor M starts to rotate. An AND circuit AND stops the motor M, in case a signal is outputted from an operation end signal circuit 7 in the motor driving controlling circuit 4. When winding of a treating agent applied tape W and a film F is ended, when a winding end detecting circuit 9 outputs a signal of a winding end to a motor rotating direction instructing circuit 10, by an output from a rotation detecting circuit 8, the motor rotating direction instructing circuit 10 outputs a signal by which the rotating direction of the motor is inverted from the winding direction, to the motor driving circuit 6, and also, outputs a signal to a timer 20. The motor M stops rotation by a rotation stop signal from the timer 20, and starts to rotate again by a signal from the timer 20, after a prescribed time has elapsed.
