PURPOSE:To efficiently measure diffused reflected light, by utilizing a pyroelectric film as a detector and providing a window hole to the almost center part thereof by drilling to irradiate intermittent light while detecting diffused reflected light from induced voltage. CONSTITUTION:A light absorbing layer 3 is deposited to the under-surface of a pyroelectric film 1 and a light pervious window hole is bored in the central part of said film 1 and the whole is superposed and held to a base stand 2 comprising a light pervious material such as glass through the surface of the light absorbing layer 3. This light absorbing layer 3 is formed, for example, by applying black paint and the base stand 2 achieves not only function as a holding stand but also function relaxing effect due to the variation in pressure generated by the direct diffusion of heat from a measuring specimen 6 or photooptical effect. The base stand 2 is arranged in extremely close vicinity to the measuring specimen 6 and used by irradiating specimen with intermittent light from the window hole at the central part and, as a result, the diffused reflected light 5 from the specimen 6 is caught by the entire surface of the pyroelectric film 1 and the voltage corresponding to the quantity of reflected light is generated to be electrically detected. |
