PURPOSE:To machine the whole periphery of a work, by supporting a clamper, adapted to an upper surface of the work, so that the clamper can be turned about the perpendicular axial line on the same coaxial line to the turning center of a turn table. CONSTITUTION:A work W is carried onto a jig 15 by a work in-out carrier, and when the work is carried out from the upper of the jig 15, an arm 21 moves to the lift end by a cylinder 22. When the work W, carried onto the jig 15, is clamped, the arm 21 is moved lowering by the cylinder 22. In this way, a clamper 32, which is adapted to an upper surface of the work W further with a turn metal 34 being engaged, presses the work W to be attached to a seat surface 15b on the jig 15. In order that a machining part in the peripheral surface of the clamped work W corresponds to a machine, if a turn table 13 is indexed rotating, the clamper 32 integrally rotates with the work W holding the clamping condition by turning a rotary shaft 27.
