PURPOSE:To circulate a coolant gas for heating hot water in a hot water supply tank and hot water in a bathtub to spare thermal energy, by making it possible to use bathtub hot water is a circulating manner for a long period of time by carrying out sterilization and filtration thereof, and using a heat pump. CONSTITUTION:Ozone generated from an ozone generator 51 is fed from an outgoing pipe 23 into a bathtub hot water and ejected into a bathtub 1 together with a jet water stream. By this procedure, since sterilization or decomposition of fats of bathtub hot water is carried out and bathtub hot water is cleaned, the number of circulation uses of the bathtub hot water increases. Temperature detectors 111, 112 and 113 are provided in the bathtub, on the side of a high- temperature heating coil 6 of a feed hot water tank 4, and on the side of a reserve heating coil 7 thereof, respectively, for detecting temperatures of hot water at respective portions. These detection signals are fed in a comparator 114, and transferred from the comparator 114 to a controller 110. The controller 110 is provided with an electric circuit capable of presetting temperatures of bathtub hot water and hot water on the side of the high-temperature heating coil 6, and electric circuits capable of switching respective valves 101, 102 and 103. The circulation control of the coolant gas is automatically carried out.
