PURPOSE:To make it possible to rotate only a screw after the temperature of a cylinder surely reaches the predetermined temperature and at the same time to judge the state of the cylinder when the power supply is put to work by a structure wherein a first comparative judging part and a second comparative judging part are provided. CONSTITUTION:A first comparative judging device 18 deciding the presence and absence of residual time compares the residual time preset at a setting part 19 with the signal coming from a display part 17 and issues the signal when the value of said residual time coincides with the value representing said signal so as to send it to a storage part 20 and simultaneously to send a signal to a comparative judging device 21. The comparative judging device 21, is case of being given a signal from the storage part 20, allows a screw to rotate upon the receipt of the signal which is sent when a screw rotation switch is turned on. In addition, if the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature when the power supply is put to work, the stored state is cleared by a clear signal 22, resulting in no rotation of the screw. Accordingly, starting is impossible before the temperature of the resin in a heating cylinder rises sufficiently high.
