PURPOSE:To execute a measurement of plural kinds of samples, and plural points by one cell, by making a short plate of a terminal of a sample packing part of the cell movable in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A liquid sample is packed into a sample packing part 6 of a space which is surrounded by a coaxial tube outside conductor 2 and a coaxial tube inside conductor 3. Length of the sample packing part 6 is determined by a distance between a teflon plate 4 and a movable short plate 5, and it can be set by a unit of 0.01mm by moving continuously the movable short plate 5 in the axial direction by a micrometer 7. In this regard, the coaxial tube outside conductor 2 and the coaxial tube inside conductor 3 are made of copper, and in order to improve the conduction characteristic of a microwave, gold plating is performed to the surface. Also, a standard N-type connector 1 is provided so as to be connected to a measuring machine. In such a way, plural kinds of samples, and plural points can be measured by one cell.
