PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for preparation of actuation with an initial data control system by storing the control data on all controllers into the storage device of a processor and securing connection between the processor and controllers with a communication line. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic disk device 4 storing all control data on controllers is connected to a processor 5 and a communication controller is connected to the processor 5. At the same time, a keyboard 10 is connected to a display 11 for input/display of the control data. In this input/display system for control data, the processor 5 contains a keyboard reception processor 12, a picture display processor 13 and a picture input reception processor 14. The each controller sends a message for request of data transmission to the processor 5 via a communication line when a power supply is applied. Receiving this message, the processor 5 designates the control data on the controller to transmit it to the controller via the device 4. While the controller receives the control data and starts the control of a controlled system in response to the control data.
