PURPOSE:To enhance the longitudinal strength of a vehicle body, by forming an interference guard section in the center section of a rear suspension member so that the guard section is projected rearward while a filler hose is led out rearward after it is extended over the rear suspension member, and by laying the hose crossing below a rear side member. CONSTITUTION:A filler tube 7 extended over a rear suspension member 5 is led out rearward of a vehicle body to a position equal in distance to a section in which a fuel filler port 8 is arranged, then is led into a rear wheel house 4 after crossing a rear side member 3, and is connected to the fuel filler port 8. Further, an interference guard section 11 having a projecting length corresponding to the length of rearward extension of the filler tube 7, is formed in the center section of the rear suspension member 5. With this arrangement, if any bump occurs in the rear section of the vehicle body, the interference guard section 11 may protect the filler tube. Accordingly, the bulged-out distance of the side member may be reduced, thereby it is possible to enhance the strength of the side member.
