发明名称 DISTILLATION METHOD USING POROUS HYDROPHOBIC MEMBRANE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the recovery rate of heat and to reduce the size of a device by using a spray flash evaporator in a heating part and using a porous hydrophobic membrane as the mist separator thereof. CONSTITUTION:Raw water 11 is fed to a cooling water feed passage of an evaporation permeating device 13 where the water is heated up by recovering the sensible heat of steam. The water is thereafter branched to two directions. One thereof is fed to a cooler 14 of the spray flash evaporator 10 where the water is heated up by recovering the sensible heat of the condensed heat. The water is then fed into a high-temp. raw water flow passage of the device 13 where the steam is generated and is condensed on a cooling surface 7. the condensate is taken out as formed water 6. The other one of the branched raw water is used as the raw water 18 of the evaporator 10 and after the water is mixed with the condensed water 5 on ending of the flash evaporation, the mixed water is passed through a heater 9 and is thereby heated up. The water is sprayed from a nozzle 19 and is flash-evaporated. The steam is passed through the porous hydrophobic membrane 16 by which the mists are removed. The steam is then cooled in the cooler 14 and is condensed. The condensed water is taken out as the formed water 6.
