摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an organic semiconductor having high electrical conductivity, by reacting a pyrrole compound with a specific oxidizing agent in an aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION:The objective organic semiconductor can be produced by reacting (A) a pyrrole compound [preferably a compound of formula (R<1> and R<2> are H, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, allyloxy, alkylthio, amino, halogen, cyano or nitro; R<3> is H, alkyl or aryl)] with (B) preferably 0.1-50mol (based on 1mol of the compound A) of a ferric compound of formula FemXn (X is ClO4<->, BF4<->, AsF6<->, PF6<->, SbF6<->, CH3C6H4SO3<->, CF3SO3<->, ZrF6<2->, TiF6<2-> or SiF6<2->; m and n are 1-3) [e.g. Fe(ClO4)3] as an oxidizing agent in an aqueous solution preferably at -20-+100 deg.C.
