<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the exfoliation of boundary face due to stress caused by expansion/contraction of a gel by forming an SiO2 or SiO thin film to the gel adhering face of a resin lens so as to improve the adhering force between the lens and gel. CONSTITUTION:A frame 3 is arranged on the face plate 5 of a projecting tube 2, a lens 1 is arranged on the frame 3, a spacer 14 restricting the thickness between the lens 2 and the face plate 5 is arranged and the lens 1, the frame 3 and the face plate 14 are adhered closely by pressing them and the gel 14 is packed and cured. The face plate 5 reaches a high temperature while the projecting tube 2 is driven, the temperature of the gel 4 adhered to the face plate 5 rises to cause volume expansion. The SiO2 or SiO film 6 is formed on the surface of the resin lens 1, the adhering force with the gel 4 is improved to prevent the exfoliation of boundary between the gel 4 and the resin lens 1.</p> |
