PURPOSE:To increase the number of IC's which can be accommodated in a loader part, and save space, by installing a stocker to pile up first accommodation cases and an apparatus to transfere the accommodation cases of this stocker. CONSTITUTION:A loader part 21 is constituted of the following; a stocker 26 to pile up first accommodation cases 27, claws 28a and 28b which are arranged at the bottom of the stocker 26 and hold and open the first accommodation cases 27, a transferring plate 29 to transfer the first accommodation cases 27 conveyed from the stocker 26, and conveyer belts 31a and 31b to convey a plurality of the first accommodation cases 27 to a supplying part. Thereby, the number of IC's which can be accommodated can be markedly increased. By employing the endless conveyer belts 31a and 31b to convey the accommodation cases 27 to the supplying part, and arranging the first accommodation cases 27 and second accommodation cases 38 on the same floor space, the installation space and the equipment itself can be made small.
