PURPOSE:To make it possible to give room cooling and heating to the inside of a green house by supplying underground water to two suspended sheet-shaped faces to make the underground water flow through them. CONSTITUTION:A flat and cylindrical sheet 1 is held by handing to a water supply pipe 2. Holes 4 and 5 are opened in the sheet cylinder 1 and the water supply pipe 2 respectively and underground water is led to the sheet through a capillary 3 of vinyl. With this constitution two sheet-shaped faces a and b which are suspended come together almost tightly. As a result a water route very small in thickness and large in width is formed. By providing many such hanging sheets in a green house, it is possible to provide room cooling and heating by underground water. A sheet 6 is laid on the ground, and by providing tears 7 in the sheet the discharged water is soaked into the ground so that the discharged water will not make the green house too damp.
