PURPOSE:To hinder the transfer of electrons as well as to inhibit the reflection of incident light by interposing plural intermediate layers between the photoelectric conversion layer and the upper layer and reducing the band gap values of the intermediate layers toward the photoelectric conversion layer. CONSTITUTION:A sensitive body is composed of an electrically conductive substrate 300, a blocking layer 301, a photoelectric conversion layer 302, plural intermediate layers 303 and an upper layer 304 laminated on the substrate 300. The intermediate layers 303 may be three layers 303a, 303b, 303c each contg. one or more kinds of elements belonging to the group III or V in the periodic table, one or more among C, N and O, and H. The band gap values of the layers 303a, 303c are made smaller and larger, respectively. The intermediate layers inhibit the reflection of incident light and hinder the transfer of electrons, so the flowing and blurring of an image can be prevented without deteriorating the electrostatic characteristics and the lowering of the photosensitivity can also be prevented. |
