PURPOSE:To make a choke valve and a throttle valve operate independently each as well as to perform proper mixture feeding at the time of starting, by installing two cams, to be rotated by a temperature detecting element, in an interlocking mechanism consisting of the choke valve and the throttle valve, and operating these valves with each cam. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting element 27 makes a piston 28 jut out as it is warmed up, rotating a first cam 8 via a screw 29, and a lever 16 of a throttle valve 5 is rotated by a pin 17 part, thereby closing it from first idle opening to normal idle opening. A projecting part 9 of the first cam 8 and a projection of a second cam 11 are being connected with each other via a position adjusting screw 15, therefore the second cam 11 is also rotated together with rotation of the first cam 8. This second cam 11 rotates a lever 19 with a pin 20 part, opening a choke valve 3 via a link 22 and a lever 21.
