In negative mouldings which are open at the end and have a mechanism for the radial movement of their partial surfaces, skeleton elements with at least one vertical support and one projection element are used in succession. By sectionally filling the free spaces with slightly moist fine sand and gently tamping the fine sand, it is possible to produce play-houses, towers and the like with vertical walls up to a height of about a metre.
