<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of a glass pane, by making negative pressure act on a suction cup from the suction port formed in a pallet via a check valve, and making it hold the glass pane on the pallet by suction. CONSTITUTION:In a pallet 5, there are provided with a suction circuit 24 installing an air filter 24a ranging to a suction cup 5a and a suction port to be connected to this suction circuit 24 via a check valve 25. And, after a glass pane b1 is set on the pallet 5 at a station, negative pressure is led into the suction circuit 24 via this suction port, whereby attraction of the glass pane b1 by the suction cup 5a is carried out. On the other hand, an atmosphere relief valve 30 to be connected to the suction circuit 24 is installed in the pallet 5, while an operating member opening or closing this valve 30 is installed in a jig 18. And, after the glass pane is fixed, the valve 30 is opened, leading the atmosphere into the suction circuit 24, and the attraction of the glass pane b1 by the suction cup 5a is released.</p> |
