PURPOSE:To prevent the turnaround of noise, and to effectively utilize the resources of an acoustic device, by abutting an electric-magnetic conversion means that is contained interposing an elastic pressure member, and so as to be able to fluctuate in the upward and downward direction, with a magnetic head through an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:An electric-magnetic converter 2 provided at the window 1a side of a main body 1 is the one in which a magnetic core 2d having a cavity 2f on which a coil 2c is wound, is contained in a case 2e. When the main body 1 is loaded in the cassette insertion opening B of a reproducing device C, the converter 2 is brought into contact with a magnetic head H through an electrical insulation layer 5, and is fluctuated in an inner frame 3, and receives the pressure of an elastic pressure member 4 at a back plane, and is abutted with the head H with a gap length regulated by the thickness of the insulation layer 5. The electrical signal of the reproducing device inputted from a connector 7 is converted to a magnetic flux at the converter 2. Therefore, since the insulation layer 5 is interposed, a noise component is prevented to be inputted to the reproducing device, and a transmission/reception can be maintained stably regardless of the position of the head.
