PURPOSE:To prolong the operating time of a drive power supply by providing a power supply comprising a solar battery, a secondary battery and a reverse flow preventing diode in a command information transmission receiver built in a helmet. CONSTITUTION:A voltage generated from the solar battery 51 is changed depending on the lightness of surrounding. When this voltage is lower than the voltage of the solar battery 52, the secondary battery is operated as the drive power supply, and on the other hand, the reverse flow from the secondary battery 52 to the solar battery 51 is prevented by the diode 56. When the voltage generated from the solar battery 51 is higher than the voltage of the secondary battery, the solar battery 51 acts like the drive power supply and charges up the secondary battery 52. Even if the receiver is inoperative through the opening of a power switch 57, when the helmet 1 is left under a sufficient lightness, a voltage higher than the voltage of the secondary battery is generated in the solar battery and the charging to the secondary battery is attained even if the power supply is not in use. |
