PURPOSE:To perform automatic execution of a series of processes in response to received commands just with an instruction given to a desired process from an operator, by storing previously the processing commands for execution of those processes. CONSTITUTION:When a command is inputted by an operator for a desired process through a keyboard 1, a main control part 2 reads first a processing command out of an external memory 6 in response to said input command and stores the read-out command in its own memory. Then the part 2 executes the subsequent processing based on the processing command. The synthesized picture data of two types are stored in a page memory 10 and then transferred to a display memory 4 via a display memory control part 3. Thus the synthetic picture data are displayed on a CRT display 5. The operator confirms the synthesized picture data displayed on the display 5 and inputs the retrieval information to give an instruction through the keyboard 1 to register said synthetic picture data to an optical disk 13.
