PURPOSE:To most suitably select a scope of guest rooms that are forcibly caused to receive emergency information by interlocking a function forcibly broadcasting emergency information with a fire alarm. CONSTITUTION:If the fire alarm FD detects the occurrence of a fire in a building, one or more relays FD1, FD2... showing the place where the fire starts operate. Among fire start place signals F1, F2... the corresponding signal sets an FF 12 through an OR gate 11, and an operation mode is automatically shifted to an emergency mode. Corresponding to the fire start place specified from the fire start place signals F1, F2..., a command code generator circuit 35 outputs a control command signal 10b only to a terminal equipment in the guest room to which an emergency evacuation order is issued so that said equipment can forcibly receive the emergency information. Thus a scope of guest rooms that forcibly receive the emergency information can be selected suitably.
