PURPOSE:To enable the automation of coating, by making it possible to simultaneously applying spray coating to the interior and outer peripheral part of a torch, by pushing the nozzle part of an instrument for injecting spray in the torch. CONSTITUTION:An instrument consists of a container (a) receiving a liquid sputter adhesion inhibitor S in a pressurized state and the nozzle part (b) provided thereabove and the nozzle part (b) is equipped with a button 1 and the funnel-shaped part 2 mounted to the button 1. The stem 3 protruded from the container (a) pierces through the center of the button 1 and, if the funnel-shaped member 2 is pushed in by a welding torch (t), the stem 3 is pushed down and the spray of the sputter adhesion inhibitor S is injected from the leading end of the stem 3 to be applied to the interior of the torch (t). The outer peripheral surface of the torch (t) is coated by passing through the spray through the spray passage part 4 formed between the ridges 5 provided to the funnel-shaped member 2.
