PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance by giving a magnetic force to a magnet roller so as to leave some of a toner on a cleaning roller. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic force of the magnet roller 13' is controlled so as to leave some of the toner on the cleaning roller 12', thus permitting some of the toner to remain on the circumference of a photosensitive drum 1 even after a visible toner image has been transferred to a copying paper, most of the remaining toner to be removed from the circumference of the drum 1 with the cleaning roller 12', then, some of the toner to be transferred to the magnet roller 12' by attraction of the magnetic force, but the rest of the toner to remain on the cleaning roller 12', consequently, the remaining toner to act as an abrasive and to rub the surface of the drum 1, and to facilitate transfer of the corona product, such as nitride-oxide, and also peeling with a blade.
