PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized, inexpensive magnetic sensor by forming a circuit board made of magnetic body having >=1 projecting parts locally and winding the projecting parts with coils. CONSTITUTION:The circuit board 1 has a projecting part 1a formed at its one end and its other parts formed of a magnetic body as a circuit constituent part 1b. Specially, in case the circuit board 1 is made of conductive material such as a steel plate or silicon steel plate, a circuit pattern 2 is formed on the surface of the circuit 1 by printing or etching across a film of an insulating material formed on the surface of the circuit board 1 or an insulating material jointed with the surface. Two coils L1 and L2 can be formed at the projecting part 1a and an electronic circuit can be formed at the circuit pattern part, so the magnetic sensor which is sized small and easily assembled is obtained.
