PURPOSE:To permit water-containing soil to be dewatered during the transportation period by a method in which water-containing soil is put in a container-like carrier incorporating a separation filter and composite energy of pressurization and vibration, etc., is applied to the soil. CONSTITUTION:A water-permeable filter 5 is provided in the bucket 2 of a power shovel, and a drain port 6 is provided in the bottom of the bucket 2. Water-containing soil is scooped up by the bucket 2, and the upper opening of the bucket 2 is closed by a pressing cover 7 under a condition that the bucket 2 is held in a carrying state. Compressed air is supplied from an air supply tube 9 into the bucket 2, and a vibrating mechanism 11 is operated to generate vibration. Since the pressure and vibration and applied to the water-containing soil, the water-containing soil is dewatered and discharged through a blow-out tube 12.
