PURPOSE:To prevent the accident due to the misoperation of a worker and yet to enable a means production of the material and part necessary for fitting simply and inexpensively, by making the actuation of an engine impossible in the state of the main SW of a generator being turned on. CONSTITUTION:A battery B + voltage is given to T or O via a main SW 2 with a double return from V of a generator 1 via three phase terminal S and main SW 2 from an engine key 3 to give an actuation to a transistor 5. The actuation is affected to the transistor 5 by both parts to S, T and S, auxiliary power source SW and 100V receptacle 8, 0, in case of the operation SW of the motive power and single phase tool being in the state of ON (the auxiliary power source SW being on) even in case of the main SW 3 being open (off) and a cell motor 4 is not actuated with the contact 9 of a relay 6. The continuity of this circuit depends on the opening and closing (off, on) or the ON, OFF of the operation SW at the using three phase motive power side or single phase motor tool side.
