PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse having a short leading time generated by a solid- state circuit by using a transistor (TR) whose collector and emitter are connected between two capacitors with a high resistance resistor connected in parallel as one unit and connecting plural units in series in the same polarity. CONSTITUTION:The collector and emitter of a TR7i (where; i=1,2...N) are connected between two capacitors 7i and 7i+1, the high resistance resistor 8i is connected in parallel and one unit is formed. The plural units are connected in series in the same polarity, the equivalent inductance of the TRs and the capacitors provide a low pass filter characteristic and the units are used as a switch circuit. In this case, the switch circuit is made conductive by applying trigger signals 101, 102 and 103 to base electrodes of a part of TRs. |
