PURPOSE:To obtain the simple structure and simplify assembly by integrally forming a ring-shaped reinforcing part at a bendable part. CONSTITUTION:One edge of a bellows 18 is fixed onto a diaphragm 12, and the other edge is fixed onto a casing 11. The bellows 18 is made bendable by forming the bendable parts 19A and 19B projecting inwardly and outwardly onto the bellows 18. Further, a ring-shaped reinforcing part 20 is integrally shaped with the bendable part 19B. With such constitution, structure and assembly work can be made simple.
