PURPOSE:To correctly and efficiently set the magnification ratio and the rotary angle of an original by detecting the image of an allocation designating paper and the image of the original with an image detecting means, and enlarging, reducing, shifting and rotating either of them and overlapping mutually these images. CONSTITUTION:A television camera 2 photographs, is binary-coded and sends the image of an original 14 held at a holder 12 at a constant scale factor. A plane scanner 4 scans planely an allocation designating paper 6 mounted on it, binarizes the image and sends it to a processing circuit 20. After an image signal is stored into an internal memory circuit once, these images are overlapped to a CRT 30 for monitoring, displayed, and in accordance with the command signal from an operating device 24, the expansion, reduction, parallel shifting and rotation of the original are executed. Thus, the image of the original on the CRT 30 is completely overlapped with the outline 8 of the picture of the original on the CRT 30 and the sketch 16 of a pattern drawn in it. The processing circuit 20 calculates and counts the scale factor and the rotary angle at the time of the finishing of the original 14, from the enlarging/reducing ratio, rotary angle, etc., in the condition in which the image is overlapped in such a way. |
