PURPOSE:To make a charged particle easily enter or be irradiated from a superconducting electromagnet by providing a small magnet or a magnetic material which has a reverse direction magnetic field from the direction of the magnetic field of the superconducting electromagnet in the magnetic field of the superconducting electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A circular air-core coil superconducting electromagnet 2 is provided above and below a super high vacuum ring 1. Electrons 3 accelerated and injected by the magnetic field H-I made by the superconducting electromagnet 2 turn counterclockwise on a circular orbit. A magnetic field correction structure 4 is a normal conducting electromagnet, provided above and below the connections of a charged particle outlet channel 5-1 and a charged particle inlet channel 5-2 extended to the tangent directions of the ring 1 and a magnetic field H-2 which is reverse against the magnetic field H-1 is formed. The orbit of the electron 3 is changed to the tangent direction from the circular orbit by weakening the intensity of the magnetic field in part of the circumference in the magnetic field of the superconducting electromagnet 2. Conversely, the electron 3 can also be taken in the circular orbit form outside. |
