A device for switchboard cubicles enabling the switchgear (3) to be disconnected from the busbars (1,2) by moving it vertically inside the cubicle and then, at its lower level, horizontally to a position outside while maintaining a mechanical contact with the cubicle. The motion of the switchgear is governed by vertical (6) and horizontal (15) guides. A barrier (18) is arranged to prevent horizontal movements at the upper level, and a linkage is connected to the drive shaft of the switchgear so as to prevent access to the lifting gear (7) when the switch is set to "ON". In the lower position, inside as well as outside, a barrier prevents access to the manual controls of the switchboard, and in the upper position the same barrier block off a service opening on the front door. |
