PURPOSE:To prevent resonance of a control system without taking chattering due to load variation, by a method wherein periods of control clocks for sampling during detent are made different. CONSTITUTION:In a control unit, in order that a motor 1 is stopped in speed reduction, period of drive pulse CLKDV is gradually lenghthened and finally the drive pulse is stopped. At the same time, detent signal DYNT is made high for entering in the detent state, and an AND gate 82 is closed and an AND gate 81 is opened, and further second clock CLK2 is supplied to a register 3 through an OR gate 83. Consequently sampling period of the register 3 becomes long so that even if detection pulses ECPA, ECPB of a rotary encoder 2 show chattering due to every small rotation of the motor 1 during detent, pulses CPF, CPB in forward direction or reverse direction are outputted stably without taking the chattering. |
