CONSTITUTION:When holding a seat S with a hand 1, first the clamp arm 23 of a cushion holding part 20 is rotated so as to embrace the tip of a seat cushion Sc and simultaneously the back side clamp arm 9 of a seat back holding mechanism 3 is rotated so as to push a pad member 18 against the back of a seat back Sb. Next the pad member 14 of a clamp 11 is pushed against the front face of the seat back Sb and simultaneously a clamp lever 28 is pushed against the seat face of the seat cushion Sc. Further the clamp claw 30 of a positioning mechanism 5 is inserted into a base gap C between the seat back Sb and the heat cushion Sc. Hereby the seat back Sb is supported at three positions and the seat S is steadily held.</p>
